Health First & Dr. Mays Wellness
Purpose
This document defines how all documentation, SOPs, frameworks, and educational content are classified, stored, and maintained across the Health First organization and its program layer, Dr. Mays Wellness.
The goal is to:
- Prevent duplication and drift
- Maintain a single source of truth
- Allow program-specific customization without breaking core systems
- Enable clean collaboration with AI (ChatGPT)
Organizational Relationship
- Health First is the parent organization
- Dr. Mays Wellness is a program layer within Health First
- Dr. Mays Wellness inherits systems from Health First and may extend or specialize them
No document in Dr. Mays Wellness overrides Health First policy or clinical authority.
Document Classification Header (Required)
Every new document must begin with this header:
Documents missing this header are considered unclassified drafts.
Placement Rules (Single Source of Truth)

Store documents here if they are:
- Company-wide SOPs
- Clinical or operational processes
- Staff training materials
- Compliance or policy documents
- Universal education frameworks
- Technology or publishing standards
Health First documents are authoritative.
2️⃣ Dr. Mays Wellness Library
Store documents here only if they are:
- Program-specific SOPs
- Online wellness workflows
- Restore Series™ materials
- Client education content
- Marketing and funnel processes
- Coaching delivery systems
Dr. Mays Wellness documents must:
- Reference Health First documents when applicable
- Never contradict core policies
Reference vs Duplication Rule
When content overlaps:
- Reference (link) Health First when the core process applies
- Duplicate only when specialization is required

Update & Maintenance Rules
- Health First updates flow downward
- Dr. Mays Wellness updates never flow upward automatically
- When a Health First document changes, all dependent Dr. Mays Wellness documents must be reviewed
ChatGPT Collaboration Standard
When creating content with ChatGPT, always begin with one of the following statements:
- “This document is for Health First.”
- “This document is for Dr. Mays Wellness within Health First.”
ChatGPT output must include:
- Classification header
- Clear placement recommendation
- Notes indicating whether content is core or specialized
Naming Convention (Required)

Dr. Mays Wellness:
