concussion concussion patients will be scheduled for a vng test in greensboro give patient questionnaire to bring in with them coordinate with greensboro schedule ( test will take 45min 1 hr; ca will be with them during test ) once patient completes the test they are done with the appointment we will let the patient know the next step is referral to kiing neurology this will be filed with their health insurance or cash (initial $240 and any follow ups if needed will be $140) you will fax off referral to kiing to include kiing will call them to schedule confirm with kiing they received billing out you will send off a separate bill for the vng once patient finishes treatment the code to bill is 92540 under dr smith faxed bill will include bill dr smith vng enhanced report vng overread and any notes from kiing
