high point office tour good afternoon ms johnson, i’m judith i will be working on all therapies with you as recommended by dr mays this is yolanda she in charge of all the billing please feel free to ask us any questions you may have throughout your visit today complimentary coffee and water are offered right here at our coffee bar at each visit if you’d like (guide patient to coffee bar) complimentary chair massages are available for you to use at your own convenience (point them to massage chairs) we have magazines and a health series show running on our tv at all times for you to choose from as you wait to be seen each visit (point to magazines, tv) this room is our therapy room, this is where you will be directed to after each adjustment for other recommended therapies we offer electrical stimulation, (which allows to relax the muscles on the affected area) spinal decompression, (for our patients who suffer from bulging or herniated discs, we have had great success with this treatment) soft tissue work, ultrasound, laser, and other therapeutic exercises (we have a variety of bands, weights, and equipment to rehabilitate our patients’ different conditions) we’ve seen amazing things happen in this room! for your convenience, our bathrooms are located in this hallway (guide patient to bathroom) second door to the right is the ladies third door to the right is the gentlemen’s room 1 is one of our patient treatment rooms (this is one of the rooms dr mays will use to adjust his patients) room 2 is our consultation & exam room where dr mays performs all of his chiropractic exams if these walls could talk they would tell you that you’ve came to the right place ok ms johnson, this is where the fun begins! room 3 is our primary adjusting room this is where you and dr mays will be working together to help correct your current issues this is dr mays’s office, this is where he spends most of his time focusing on reviewing his patient findings/notes this fourth room is used for our acupuncture patients, as well as for our neuropathy and functional medicine consultations there is also digital x rays available as needed (walk patient back to the lobby) again our restroom are located in the hallway and our coffee bar in our lobby area (explain the intake to them) once you have completed the intake, please let me or yolanda know and we will have you meet with dr mays in our consultation room if you have any questions just let us know
