Prepare to mail NP/ReAct stick letter (welcomes them to our practice, introduces our services, include two coupons to give to their friends and family for a free visit)
- Open the Stick Letter and PCP Letter.
- Open New Patient Stick Letter or ReAct.
- Edit the letter with the Patient’s name.
- Print the letter and have the doctor sign it.
- Fill out 2 Preferred Friends and Family Gift Certificates.
- Stuff the signed letter and gift certificates into an envelope and mail it out.
- Enter the date mailed on the New Patient Tracker.
