at health first of high point and dr mays wellness, our mission is to offer hope and healing to those struggling with pain and illness in order to help them get their lives back and start living the lives they thought they would never have again we do this by following our four core values of excellence, integrity, service and fun we believe that only through excellence in all manners of action whether it is clinical proficiency when helping patients or timely completion of administrative tasks, that we can best help those who come to our clinics we understand that in order to be successful in both work and personal actions, that we act with integrity toward our clients and toward each other even when it is not easy to do , but we know it is the right thing to do we know that through our service to our patients and each other we treat them using the golden rule, which is the principle of treating others as one wants to be treated if we make a mistake we take ownership of our errors and put a plan in action to correct those mistakes, as well as create steps and guidelines to avoid making the same or similar mistakes in the future we understand that our time working is important and offers life to those who are part of our programs, yet we understand the importance of creating an environment of fun and excitement where every day is a new and exciting opportunity to do our very best in every action throughout our day and we carry that trait throughout our professional and personal lives our clinical and wellness programs have been created to allow our clients the fastest, easiest and most effective ways to regain their health and get back to living active, pain free lives
