confirm date of service matches dc note cash charges for adj + thf are always 98940 + thf this will not include for xrays, etc those will have to be added you have to select self on the 98940s/xrays/tens, etc as this will bill to patient post all charges applying thf payment after entering medicare charges all available patient payments will load – select apply payments a window will open up with the charges that are owed 5\ click on default to confirm you’re applying the right payment 6\ apply $20 to thf 7\ apply $40 to 98940 8\ apply $5 00 to patient adjustment under 98940 9\ save 10\ post payments this will apply to x rays and other charges and you will have to enter a patient adjustment for the difference
