demographics select patient in rapid pm>patient info>demographics provider main doc in office default group office location transfer all information from front page of intake into rapid pm demographics save complaints launch rapiddoc>login find patient last name, first name, initial select cipboard initial date of service select calendar and date on the intake select complaints 1 3 begin with complaint 1 and fill out all info from intake into rapiddoc fill out complaint 2 and 3 if listed medical history/medications/allergies/smoking status/vitals transfer all information from medical history page in to rapiddoc social history>smoking status physical examination>vitals>height, weight, pulse, blood pressure go back to page 2 and enter review of systems assigning doc/saving go to supports rx tx scroll down, attending doctor>doctor in office select to do on top left corner and in yellow tab enter patient first + last name intake close patient automatically saves
